We love hotdogs. We're quite obsessive, even. We hope it shows.

We've spent a year experimenting with recipes, sourcing the best meat, concocting the best flavourings, learning how to cook them just right. We've made, cooked and eaten batch after batch after batch – changing, improving, tinkering – until now we think we've made our perfect hotdog.

And if you think that that's obsessive, don't even mention the salads, or the buns, or the sauces, or the rollers the hotdogs are browned on. They're all made specially for us, so that we could get them all just right.

To get things tasting right, we believe that it's important to use good quality natural ingredients in everything that we make, and where it makes sense we try to use organic produce too. We have a secret factory making all our hotdogs, and another making our buns so we know the history of everything we sell.

And as a fast-food business we are well aware that all our packaging has to go somewhere when you've finished eating, so we've produced our own range of biodegradable cartons, using some of the most up-to-date materials we could find.

If it sounds obsessive, it's because we think that it's important.
